Supplying artwork to wave
- Already have a camera-ready ad? We can accept ads as a JPEG, TIFF EPS or press PDF with all fonts embedded and spot colours converted into CMYK.
- Artwork can be accepted by email or CD-R, preferably in an Apple Mac-friendly format.
- If we are designing your ad please supply the copy in either the body of an email, or a word document, with images or logos as separate JPEG or TIFF attachments.
- Because wave is a glossy magazine we work hard to keep our production values high. Images that are less than 300dpi. (dots per inch) are of too low resolution to use on the page and this often includes images from websites.
- Our designers work to make your ads look as good as possible, but they only have limited time available to spend on each. To help them to help you, have a clear idea about what you want from your ad. Think about the image you want to convey and the space you have to convey it. Remember that as far as content goes, less is often more.
- The final deadline for artwork is the first Monday of every month.
- Early booking assures optimum position, so think ahead to make the most of your precious ad budget.
- Proofs are available on request. Due to time constraints only one set of changes is allowed per ad.
Amendments
Different sections of the magazine have different deadlines, so make sure that you are clear on yours when you book an ad!
Deadlines are in place to streamline our production process and make ads as cheap as possible for you. Last minute alterations disrupt this process and send production costs soaring. Please supply ads on time.
Alterations to copy will only be accepted at our discretion.
Cancellation
You may be liable for payment in full for any ads cancelled, or for which copy has not been received within 14 days of the publication date.
