» Singing in (and recycling) the rain

SCP Environmental, based in Warwickshire, is spearheading the UK introduction of a revolutionary household rainwater-harvesting system that will help people reduce their carbon footprint by recycling rain. The company claims its rainwater-harvesting systems are a proven cost effective way of addressing the problems of water shortages, climate change and environment.
The innovative system works by channelling rainwater running off roofs, through guttering into a collection tank. It is then sucked through a filter and pumped into the property to be used in toilets or washing machines for example. For more information see www.scpenvironmental.co.uk
